We kept asking people how they found out about Chord, and the answer was almost always the same: ‘We saw you all over social media.’ It was pretty cool seeing the online buzz actually bring people through the door.

- Andrew, Manager

More and more, we’ve had customers come in saying they saw us on Instagram or recognized a dish from something we posted. It's been really nice having local residents finally check us out!

- Mohammed, Manager

From the graphics, to the story, to the messaging, it made what felt like an overwhelming project and concept so easy to come together. More than anything, it feels like we are true partners with the same NoYa mission.

- Rahna, Owner

I've worked with NEFEFFECT on several projects now and they never disappoint. Every time I give a basic idea, Nick has a way of turning that basic idea into exactly what I had in mind, just couldn't put it into words.

- Merid, Refresh Music Group

Chord Bread & Bottle is a new sandwich shop, wine bar, and everyday market on King Street in Old Town Alexandria, opened by the team behind Slaters Market and Union Sandwich Co. NEFEFFECT was brought on for the launch and now runs the marketing services across all three brands. Launch strategy: a coordinated paid social and organic content push timed to Chord's opening, combining Meta advertising with daily community engagement to build local awareness before the doors even opened. Results: the launch campaign reached over 50,000 people in its first week, a significant footprint for a single-location shop relying on local, walk-in traffic in a competitive restaurant corridor. Ongoing management: social media management, Google Business Profile management, professionally staged Toast product photography, community engagement, and monthly reporting, all coordinated alongside the same work for Slaters Market and Union Sandwich Co. Result: a fast, high-visibility launch for a first-time storefront, with a repeatable content and paid media system now running week to week.
"I didn't believe in social media until I started working with you." — Scott Shirley, Owner
