We kept asking people how they found out about Chord, and the answer was almost always the same: ‘We saw you all over social media.’ It was pretty cool seeing the online buzz actually bring people through the door.

- Andrew, Manager

More and more, we’ve had customers come in saying they saw us on Instagram or recognized a dish from something we posted. It's been really nice having local residents finally check us out!

- Mohammed, Manager

From the graphics, to the story, to the messaging, it made what felt like an overwhelming project and concept so easy to come together. More than anything, it feels like we are true partners with the same NoYa mission.

- Rahna, Owner

I've worked with NEFEFFECT on several projects now and they never disappoint. Every time I give a basic idea, Nick has a way of turning that basic idea into exactly what I had in mind, just couldn't put it into words.

Invictus Group is the rebranded real estate team of Shane McCullar, CEO and Operating Principal of Keller Williams Metro Center, alongside his wife Nicole McCullar, Founder of the Commonwealth Team. NEFEFFECT partnered with Shane and Nicole to take their team through a full brand relaunch — from strategy to execution. Mission and voice: Invictus Realty's mission is to empower clients to take control of their future through bold guidance and unwavering service — resilient, reliable, and results-driven. NEFEFFECT developed a Brand Voice One-Pager and a modern rebrand concept to bring that mission to life visually and verbally across every touchpoint. Newsletter relaunch: A series of newsletter campaigns reintroduced the Invictus name to the McCullars' sphere, anchored by the line "every move deserves confidence, not confusion" — positioning the team as calm, capable guides through a stressful process. 33-touchpoint marketing plan: NEFEFFECT built a 33-touchpoint plan spanning email, postcards, magnets, and social posts, refined with hands-on feedback from Nicole McCullar on design details to make sure every piece felt authentically Invictus. Market updates: Ongoing Q1 market update graphics kept the McCullars' audience informed while reinforcing the new brand look, quarter after quarter. Result: A cohesive, confident brand identity that repositions a top-producing KW Metro Center team as its own distinct, memorable name in the DMV real estate market.
"We will be in business a long time, my friend." — Shane McCullar, CEO / Operating Principal
