Kinfolk DC is a Washington, DC restaurant that brought NEFEFFECT in for restaurant food photography and videography, capturing its kitchen and bar program on camera and building a content library that shows guests not just what's on the menu, but the craft behind it. On-location production: a dedicated in-restaurant shoot with the dining room closed to guests, giving the team full control over lighting, angles, and pacing from the kitchen line to the bar. Behind-the-scenes kitchen footage: NEFEFFECT filmed each meal from start to finish, from prep and searing to the final plating, capturing the hands, heat, and detail that go into every dish. Full cocktail menu: the entire cocktail list was filmed drink by drink, following each pour, shake, and garnish as the bartenders built it. Hero shots: every cocktail was finished with a clean, styled final shot, giving Kinfolk DC a polished visual for each drink on the menu, ready for Instagram, menus, and promotions. Result: a complete library of short-form video and food photography covering both the kitchen and the bar, giving Kinfolk DC a consistent, elevated look across its social presence and a content bank to draw from for months.
